Holiday House Tour 2025 Information

Welcome to the 2025 Holiday House Tour.  Parking is located at the corner of Old Taylor Road and Taylor Road in the E lot.  Shuttles will be transporting guests to the ticket tent located on the corner of Hayes and 11th Street. In the ticket tent there will be a line for pre-purchased and complimentary tickets and a line to purchase tickets and raffle tickets.  Please check out our raffle item donated by Shaw's Ace Hardware! 

Questions and Answers

Where should I park?

We encourage all house tour guests to park in Lot E on Old Taylor Road. There will be shuttles to take attendees to the houses on the tour.  At the shuttle drop off location on the corner of 11th and Hayes Ave., you will find the ticket tent.  All attendees are required to purchase tickets and/or pick up pre-purchased tickets and guidebooks.

How does the house tour work?  Where do we start?

Your day will begin at the ticket tent on the corner of 11th and Hayes where the parking shuttle will drop off attendees.   In the tent there will be a "will call" line for pre-purchased tickets and complimentary tickets.  There will also be a line to purchase tickets. At this point you will receive your arm band and your printed guidebook.  This is a self-guided tour. You may begin at any of the seven houses.  From the tent there will be golf carts to transport you if needed.  Many of the properties are close together and easily walkable if you are fully mobile.

When will I receive my pre-purchased online ticket?

This is a ticketless event.  When you purchase your ticket online you will receive an emailed receipt.  You can show that receipt at the ticket tent at the will-call line.  We will also have your name on a list.  So all you need to do is come to the ticket tent, get in the will-call line and pick up your armband and guidebook.

Can I buy tickets at the event?

Yes, Tickets will be available at the event for $40.00. Raffle tickets will be available also. They are $25 a piece or 5 for $100. At the event we accept cash, checks, Venmo, and VISA.

How can I purchase raffle tickets?

Raffle tickets will be sold at the event in the ticket tent and on our website.  The tickets are $25 a piece or 5 for $100. The raffle items will be displayed in the ticket tent. You can read about the raffle items on this website in the raffle section. We are also offering wreaths as a cash and carry item.  These wreaths will be displayed in the tent and on our website.

What should I wear?

There will be quite a bit of walking, so wear comfortable shoes.

What if it rains?

The house tour will continue even when it rains. Bring along an umbrella and we encourage a shoe bag to remove shoes in the homes, if necessary.
